What information do we collect?

• Order information: name, shipping address, email, phone number, order history
• Payment information: Credit card details are not stored - they are processed by Shopify Payments in accordance with PCI DSS standards
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, website behavior (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity)
• Marketing: email address from newsletter subscribers (Klaviyo)

Why do we process data?

• Fulfillment of contract: order processing, delivery, customer service
• Legal obligation: accounting and consumer protection law requirements
• Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, website development
• Consent: marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)

How long do we retain data?

• Order information: 6 years (Accounting Act)
• Customer accounts: indefinitely or until you delete the account
• Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe
• Analytics data: 26 months (GA4 default setting)

To whom do we disclose data?

• Shopify Inc. - merchant system and payment processing (transfer mechanism: EU-US DPF)
• Posti / Matkahuolto - shipping address for delivery
• Klarna / Walley - installment credit assessment (only if you choose installment payment)
• Google / Microsoft - analytics (anonymized)
• Klaviyo - email marketing (subscribers only)

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
